PixInsight for the ARM64 Apple Silicon has been released!!!!
The wait is for the plug-ins but they are expected to follow soon.
Here is the deep dive into Pixinsight for Mac (Intel version but quite recent).

For the moment this page will show mainly links. I am readying for the trial license of 45 days PixInsight. In my opinion this is a necessary thing to do to make good use of the trial license. All the videos of Peter Zelinka show in fine detail the user interface and procedures which are quite a thingy. Only once you have a good picture in your head about how PixInsight works I think it is time to get the trial license. Specifically the install videos are important as PixInsight is expensive and... you need to buy plug-ins that come with a trial license of their own but in the end you'll need (and want!) to buy them so this adds up to €543 for European citizens.
