So... what else is new in the Aurora Section?

05-09-2026:
Quite some changes are coming up in the near future. Last night I did a presentation about the Aurora for our Bussloo Public Observatory. That was quite successful and a next level presentation will be worked on as will a so called 'Theme Course' of 3-4 nights. Anyway... this was last night and when the livestream has been converted to a static video on the YouTube Channel I will put a link to it here on my website. It is in Dutch of course.

Added the epilogue to my latest travel blog.
Added images to 2017, 2018 and in the daily images of my latest trip.

30-09-2025:
Restructured the 'Danger' item in the 'In Depth' menu item and added the Gleissberg Cycle
Also re-arranged the 'History' item and added three periods known as minimums in sun spot counts.

27-09-2025:
Added phenomenas and dangers of the solar wind to the "In Depth" tab.
Added the awesome site www.poollicht.be to the '(space)weather' tab.

22-09-2025:
Changed the Blog menu item and added this page. News about this Aurora Section of my website.
